Oxford T-SHirts

The typical souvenier shirts, but the color and the sizes and cutting, I like them all, actually. I never like any thing of souvenier T-shirts until I see these, here, in Oxford University....

The Body Shop

One piece of information to share here, all product range they offer in London are much cheaper in price compared to the what I usually bought in Penang, Malaysia. For some regular items, I am getting a few bottles here, but one cannot bring too many, can we as there are expiry dates to consider about:)

But there are simple too many Body Shops around, in shopping malls, in Railway stations, undergrounds...everywhere.

Diesel

I have been monitoring this brand for sometime, and learn to realise that the ones they sold in SEA market is a bit limited, possibly because of the price issue or purchasing power. And when I read some of the magazines in Beijing, I realised they have a lot more to offer, and I also noticed this during my visit to some malls in Japan, like Daimaru, it is a medium to high end casual wear, and their design is quite nice and up to date.
ANd I bought two this time in London, and they are much cheaper than what we have in Asia, like in Japan. And the cutting is superb. Have taken two pictures for you to take a look, or you can visit their websites. I think they are very much into tall, slim fit types. For your consideration and idea....

Cath-Kidston, London

Another brand to look at, and it is similar to what Naraya Thailand is doing, but different materials, design for sure, but I think the concept is similar.

I love the design but they are more for ladies, of if I live in Japan, then perhaps I will consider to use them.

Another new brand that I found interesting when I visit London. I thought it was very formal brand or too old for me, as it looks very 'uncle' type, when I visit the mall selling this brand, back in KL. But visiting the boutique here in London gives another view, a positive one on this brand. And the cutting was so nice and color was so interesting. This color, maroon if I am not wrong, is the popular color for this winter season......check it out.

My New Ceramic Collection-Butter Container

I have one already at Beijing apartment but made of Stainless steel and this one is from Ceramic. I got it from a local market when visiting Greenwhich, and I like this.
It costs 20 pounds, but I think it looks lovely. And the next time you come to my house in Beijing and having breakfast with me, you can see this piece for sure.

What do you think......

Paul Smith?

Paul Smith..........Do you know this brand well? Not for me, until I visited London this time with Devil.......and he is very much into this brand, a loyal customer..... And buying in Paul Smith's nice boutique is another story totally.

A brand that I have not been very much into, until Kevin, my friend introduced that to me, as he is one of the biggest fans of this brand. But in the boutique shop they have at Covent Street, things are really different. They have many wide range of selections. And shopping during Christmas time is fun, nice and enjoyable, though it is 'taxing' on the pocket.....haha!

The yellow bag, which I think is beautiful, is not bought by me, but by Kevin. It is a leather, and price is reasonable (you can give a wild guess), and I like the yellow......it is so attractive and looks Young. I told Kevin if he dares to take it out, then it would be even more beautiful. ANd he said, tried me not.....

The scarf.......with the standard, the stripes....

And ladies and gentlemen, this is my first selection of Paul Smith's.....a hat, and very much English...albeit a modernised version. I like it, so, see if I wear this next during CNY in Malaysia. and it fits well, feel so light, probably because of the material they used. And before that, honestly speaking, I didn't realise that Paul Smith makes hat.........a nice one indeed. And they have more varieties that I could not find the time to write more until the next time.....the story to continue.

My new hat, spot this will you. My most expensive hat to date, but not going to let you know how much it costed...a guess.

Thanks to Devil for introducing this brand to me.
